At Hella Heels, we want you to feel empowered in your footwear; if your heels aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with the protective film still attached to the soles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Heels

  Place the shoes in their original box and protective dust bags, ensuring the clear protective film is intact on the outsoles to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for wear and tear, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
